Preston is an underrated baserunner. Nice to see him snapping out of his slump. Time to light up Penny!

Willy seems to be swinging for RF every single time... even when the pitch is inside.

He's lived up to that scouting report he had when he was at Round Rock... high average, low OBP, no XBH. At least his defense has improved.

Man, Taveras needs to let some of those balls by.

Like I said, this is why I love baseball. And the stros and MMP. It's so LOUD. So much life and energy in the ball park compared to the Toyota Center and the Rockets.

    UGH>....Taveras fails.

Who'd a thunk it? Wilson has 2 of our 5 hits.

If Wheeler holds the lead, and Lidge blows another one... I won't visit this place for 2 weeks.

    Mark it down.

Yep, it's almost as loud as it was during the playoffs.

Going to a stros game against he braves in the playoffs last season was the coolest thing I've ever been to in my life. The place was amazing. It gave me goosebumps. Plus I was on tv as one of those drunk and loud fans. :D

I got to love the way Wheels throws strikes... plus, I can't imagine hitters have much of a scouting report on him, the way he mixes it up.

Ahh... the life of being the low-key setup guy, and not the high-profile closer.

Man, FSN has been really choppy for me the last couple of weeks. It's really starting to bug me. It's like watching streaming video on a 48kbs connection back in the 90's.

Gaetti has turned into one hell of a coach.

First he fixed Biggio, now (knock wood) Preston. Not bad for the first month of the season.
