From the quotes I heard from Purp & Garner, they view Bruntlett as filling the Viz role from last year, and Burke as strictly an emergency guy at SS. I'd imagine they'd bring up McEwing to cover for Bruntlett on the bench (that's why they got him). Could be wrong.

good call, but he nailed that ball. 99 out of 100 times that's a base hit up the middle, esp. against kent.. geez the ump was even in the way until the last second. WP! score!
He hit the ball on the screws up the middle... a screaming liner that if Kent doesn't stab has a shot of going to the wall. I'm fine with a guy hitting the ball that hard every time he comes to bat... if he does that more often than not, we'll be fine.
