2 out RBIs are undeniably the best type of RBIs

WOW! All it takes is one key hit to open the flood gates.

This is right up there with the CF conspiracy theories that Gomez hurts the team chemistry...

Teams pitch inside/create discomfort when they're getting shellacked.... not because they don't fear retaliation.

The Astros had the best starting pitching ERA all of last season... they rarely got shelled enough to warrant them to start pitching inside/hitting people to make guys uncomfortable. Also, what Oberholtzer did got him ejected from the game... far different than what most other pitches attempt to do when pitching inside.

Correa & Gattis making up for their previous nasty at bats

    Nice turnaround

5 innings, with a lead... game is done.

    6 - Feliz
    7 - Giles
    8 - Harris
    9 - Greg

I just remember key players getting hit and even seriously injured last year (Springer) and there was never any real message pitch to the other team. I don't know. Don't really want to really get in a debate over that, just an observation.

Or he's catching predominantly against left-handed pitching, which he has a career track record of being a very good hitter against.

Yes... the KC series where the Astros swept them. They were dominated and the Astros hitters were ultra-comfortable at the plate.

Key spot for Fiers... just given a lead, top of the order up, pitch-count approaching 100.
