That is on generally directed at you. Regardless billionaires are appreciative of you and I and others for our cooperation in making them them so rich while more and more people live under highways creating shanty towns all across the USA lol. While there are countless examples of countries providing healthcare for their poor.

I hope this post didn’t hurt your feelings too. Sorry

I've been arguing against a second round of stimulus for a while and its always the first response. Anyway the main issue with me is stimulus isn't needed. Business is back open.

I don't mind unemployment benefits. Unemployment in Texas is b.s. but at the same time it isn't meant to maintain lifestyle

You gauged it wasn't needed how? You don't read anything so it must have been because RayRay had a new pair of kicks for Christmas at the barbershop. Great.

Your argument isn’t so simple though. Restaurants have been open and many are losing money. I could go on and on about this from different angles. But it’s all good

We can't continue to prop up restaurants through stimulus. We can do something for restaurant workers but not indefinitely

The unemployment rate has little do with small businesses as most small businesses hirings are for minimum wage or near minimum wage jobs.

High unemployment is a result of people with median to high level skills demanding a mid level to high level salary not finding those jobs. That's where high unemployment numbers come from. Most of those people aren't going to fall back to min wage work. They'll live on unemployment until they find a job that matches their talents. It hardly is because people are struggling to find min wage work.

Okay? I'm telling you what the real conditions are.ostnof unemployment comes from median to high skilled workers not being able to find work. Those people rely on unemployment and usually don't resort to a min wage job.

Also, these people are often stuck with expensive mortgages or car payments where a min wage job will result in being forced to default payments. So often unemployment checks save the nation from another housing mortgage crash when unemployment increases.

I think you ASSume too much, stop dick riding.

The unemployment rate is no longer a good measurement to what is happening in the economy. It's a stat from a bygone era.

I honestly have no clue what your premise is. You are the poster child for meandering talking points that go nowhere.

The govt can’t do everything but in a crisis situation like this it’s appropriate for it to boost some of these businesses. It does seem to get misappropriated but doesn’t change the fact it’s needed

Heard him on Joe Rogan before and was utterly disappointed. Guy was a buffoon. Are Republican candidates really all this bad? Tucker Carlson somehow is the strongest candidate.

A shame, because I guess I'm voting Democrat again.

Agreed. Every American doesn't need $600 to run this country further into debt. The first stimulus checks served as stimulus in a government ordered mass economic shut down.

Staying on your point the government can hire people to analyze where to appropriate funds.
