Sure. So does Yordan as well I’d bet. Kris Bryant might have been better off walking out on the field with a skillet. But none of that had anything to do with why they weren’t called up earlier.
Is it just me, or does anyone else notice Fisher is holding the bat at a slightly different location at the beginning of his swinging motion? Seems that he is holding it higher than last year? I could be wrong though.
So our lineup of 2 #3 hitters, 1 #7 hitter, and 6 9-hole hitters has 6 runs in 4 innings. Baseball is fun.
I hope this doesn't come back to bite me for saying it early but really proud of this team stepping up so far.
Always find it funny when talking to people that don’t (or don’t care to) understand the game. They think it’s a slow boring game, but just don’t get it. You’ll damn near see something you’ve never seen with every game. Baseball is a beautiful, beautiful game.
