Probably right...guess it irks me somewhat when batters stare too long at their hits instead of hustling right out the box...then again I'm sure I do the same thing when I play :p

Clemens probably should have hit him again.

That was a blast... AL guys aren't intimidated by Clemens like the National Leaguers have been.

You had to figure Clemens was due to get pounded at some point, same for Andy tommorow. 4-0 Cards over Reds at least

They just drilled Clemens   Time to whoop some ASS!!!

Clemens is going to get some payback later if this game doesn't get closer.

He already took out his vengence on Jones earlier in the game... at this point, I'd have settled for his "vengence" being not to give up a 3-run HR.

Yea, I do. I'd be suprised if Clemens hits Mateo (which is really the only logical option for him, at this point)... but that doesn't mean it wouldn't be fun to watch.

EDIT: Dusty is scared as well... pulls Mateo.

We knew Clemens would get payback. Good.

Would a brawl or an altercation be such a bad thing, maybe a wake up call.

Good call... I'm suprised he did it.

Maybe the Cubs will be stupid, and try to get payback for the payback that was for the payback... and then they will self-destruct today and tommorow.

Well it's about the most exciting thing that's happened for this team in a week.

And why the hell does it seem every close call on the latter part of this homestand has gone against us.

Wouldn't be the first time the Cubs have helped fire this team up heading down the stretch. Now all the Astros need is a big comeback. Boy do they need it.

I think Berkman could get hit next, and he wouldn't even glare at the pitcher. The rest of the team would prolly beat the pitchers *** though.
