you know we're scoring 2 runs here to tie it up then we'll lose it next inning.

that piece of crap is how the cubs win it? it wasn't exactly blasted. all it had to do was not go right in between the 1b and 2b. what a crappy way to lose, especially when we had almost miraculously made it out of the inning.

but other teams know how to get clutch hits when they have RISP in extra innings while we are just b****es in that situation. we're so unclutch it's almost impossible. not one accidental hit like the cubs just got in about 10 chances.

The Cubs are gaining on the Yankees with a bullet as my most hated team right now.

    They freaking plunked Roger Clemens...

I agree. Bork pitched hisass off. And for what? LOBs every bottom half for him. He deserved much better for his effort.

Nice "I'm ready to go home" strike call by the ump.

What are the odds of us scoring 2 runs in the inning?

We had how many chances to win?

The Cubs had exactly ONE chance to win and they made the most of it.

borkowski sucks. his inability to pitch the 84 shutout innings necessary to wait for us to score are shameful.

The 18th inning has not been kind to us this season ... kind of ironic after last season

ugh. So true. And so nauseating.

Lead-off doubles, man on 3rd with one out.

I think I need to pour my 3rd scotch since the 9th.
