According to troopers, Oskay bought a child’s toy from a Walmart in Watertown on September 12 and returned the item on the next day. Walmart asset protection notified police after they discovered the box contained an older, much more weathered model of the toy. Oskay is facing charges of petit larceny and falsifying business records, and he was suspended while an internal investigation is conducted. Oskay was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in the Town of Watertown Court on October 3. lol
