    evidently did not get it

    But they are not merely qualifying due to the number of teams, they are a team that has had HCA most of the time. They have not had playoff success, but they are a very consistent regular season team. They have a winning record by a good margin nearly every year. The Texans have been above .500 exactly once. It is not even comparable.
