@deb4rockets you seem to chastise posters for rooting for losses. How do you reconcile that with the Texans staff seemingly not invested in winning based on the fact that Mills continues to play? It's game 10. Mills should not have started the second half.
Yep, neither deserve the 2-3hrs of time watching their games either..... Maybe I'm just getting old, but I have better things to do than to watch these dumpster fires. Look forward to the drafts.
In her defense, she's been actively campaigning for Allen, and people saying he'd cause us to maybe win a game or two has been her trigger.
Cal and Ferntits showing America how to run multi billion dollar professional sports franchises. HOUSTON STRONG
Once Mills feels any kind of pressure, he tends to panic and is unable to navigate the pocket whatsoever.
Geez, I gotta give that guy who wears the face paint credit, always there at games....always energetic...and done up with the facepaint. These days I can't even stand to watch them from the couch....
I've been saying he should be benched for two weeks. Our coaches need fired. Both our offense and defense are horrible!
Yes to the one on the right. I put Will Anderson in the left slot as our first pick. Don't want a shortie QB as our first pick.
That's all well and good but doesn't negate my point. If the coaches aren't invested in winning why should we be? As fans, we can choose what our preferences are, but the coaches are responsible for putting their team in the best opportunity to win. I understand sticking with Mills the first half of the season to see how he progresses but at this point, it's clear he's not improving. And yes I know the line sucks and they have no WR depth, but when Mills continues to focus on one receiver and not getting rid of the ball, that's on him.
And if the coaches aren't invested in winning it just increases my outrage that they believe their jobs are secure for 2023.
Even when Lovie goes for it on 4th down it's a stupid decision! And of course here comes Mills with the drive killing pick. sigh
