Totally took the fans at the stadium out of the game as well.

On a good team, sure. On a bad team, it really doesn't matter.

C'mon, man. We had a blocked FG. A BLOCKED FG. And an almost blocked punt that should've been a penalty but wasn't. We had a full quarter of good ST play. Special Joe just bought himself another 3 seasons at least.

it is their job to win.

im not sure the kubiak collapse had anything to do with the 2nd half collapse.

not finishing teams has been the texans M.O. for quite some time.

It's not just being a fat kicker. It's being a bad fat kicker. There's an AWESOME fat kicker in Oakland...

    Collapsed.

Yes, call me an ass. Get well Gary.

In all seriousness, take your pick of placing the blame.

Typical Texans with one half of football.

Kubiak is seen like a father in that lockeroom.

They are human beings. It takes an emotional tool.

I though a Hail Mary was in order at the end. The odds were probably better than a Fat Randy fg attempt.

    G-ddamn f***ing aggie.

I kind of get this...but it seems like the Texans are the ONLY team that doesn't rally around these things.

The Seattle game the players admittedly rallied around Bennett, last year the Colts rallied around their coach.

This seems to only work against the Texans but works for every other team.

What a sad day. We finally had some good QB play that was fun and exciting to watch. I really think the play calling in the 2nd half wasn't up to par of the first half play calling.

I felt the same way, I changed the channel when I saw Randy set up for that kick... There was no way in hell he was making that.

Keenum was absolutely stellar in that first half, just utterly electric. But this seems like the second game now that he has been neutralized in the second half by defensive adjustments made by the other team. I know the loss of Kubiak was major, and that phantom call that turned a complete pass into incomplete with AJ was also a nullifying factor, but I'm a little concerned that a pattern may have started to take shape in these last two games. I hope it's not an indicator that, in fact, when teams do start getting a little more intel on this guy, they'll be more adequately prepared for him...

A huge let down especially after that first half of football, but honestly what did you expect from this team this season? They were 2-5 coming in for a reason. It's a shame because even up by 18 I still can never sit easy while watching these games. I guess 9 years of hardship can do that to a fan.
