Man, I remember when Larry Dierker collapsed during a game and had to have emergency brain surgery. Hope it's not that serious.
Sorry I ever doubted you Keenum! Please except my apologies. Should I eat crow now or wait till after the game.
I went to take a piss, what happened to Kubes? I hope he is ok, whatever happened. I might not agree with him as a coach (Though, I will admit that I am not sure if he is a bad coach or if he was just limited by Matt at this point) but he is truly a good person. Prayers for him.
On top of that I don't get the feeling they've been unfair to us at all. They've been pretty pumped at Case Keenum.
I have followed Keenum's career for years, and honestly I am not surprised at his performance in the first half. You saw flashes of this week before last. This is who he is. He is a gunslinger. He is cagey, clever, and elusive. He is not as a free as I have seen him. For most of the first half, Kubiak used him as a "ball handler." When you cut him lose and let him free style a bit, that is when the excitement happens. No one was more shocked when he went undrafted, but now we know it was injury related. This not an aberration, an exception, or a fluke; this is Case Keenum, your new QB.
He could have fainted, or had a virus or low blood sugar, not everything is serious. A friend of mine collapsed twice at a buddies wedding because of locked knees etc... DD
Him finding Posey for a first down early in the game makes me so happy even if AJ cannot be stopped. the KC game he was throwing to people I thought were dead.
