    This acquisition makes the Clips a top 3 or 4 seed in the East. Quite a damn good team if you ask me.

    holy cow that's a lot. i guess the trade getting denied was a good thing for NO after all.

    they're giving up a lot but best PG in the NBA + soon-to-be best PF in the NBA(?) will destroy some mofos

    This upcoming season is of high importance in Clipperland If they get Paul, they need a playoff series win in order for both players to want to re-up. Could be an exciting few years for the other LA team.

    Good for the Hornets & Clippers. If Stern veto's this deal than I think all hell breaks loose in the NBA. I do not think that 3rd teams will want to get involved due to the last NO trade stint, and the toll it took on the players and teams involved.

    Doesnt change anything for the Rockets, but NO should be the new NBA punching bag. The Clippers will be better but doubt they can contend with the upper half of the West. 5th seed team & first round exits for years to come. Damn fun to watch.
