Bengals are now out of the Playoff picture, which clears up the Texan's competition for the 7th seed. Bills and Chargers look like our biggest threats, but if we take care of business, we should be in.
The worst is that now that I am excited for Texans games. I wake up extremely early like the child I still really am. Then the wait tomorrow morning is ridiculously long.
I set my fantasy lineup and then go work in the yard. It's amazing how fast time goes by when your engaged with the outdoors.
There is an Austin Texans Fans facebook group. And the Blind Pig appears to be a regular spot, but they don't do every game like they used to due to how bad the Texans had been in recent years and lack of fans wanting to attend. Up in the north side the Victory Tap in Pflugerville is supposedly a bar for Texans fans, there's a group of people from that facebook page going to watch there tomorrow.
It's game day. I now look forward to Sundays a lot more than I used to. Bought the Sunday ticket and it's been worh every penny. Off to the market to buy game supplies. Got to get in and get out before the turkey purchaser's invade and walk around aimlessly searching for stuffing mix and canned cranberry sauce
