First of all, it's "Me gusta." Si quiere hablar in nuestra lengua, huero, digale correctamente[/i].

Secondly, spamming for your own website is major bush league. It's in your sig; I already gave it a click; now give it a rest.

I guess my question here would be who would you rather use? I've never understood the "we've improved our bullpen" argument. We went into last year with Qualls/Wheeler/Lidge. Each of those three would be our #2 reliever this year behind Valverde. We traded each of those for other parts to improve the team in other ways, which is fine. But I thought it was pretty clear that our bullpen was going to go from a strength to an average component of the team. We don't have the reliable shutdown setup men we've had for the last forever (Dotel for Wagner, Lidge for Dotel, and Wheeler/Qualls for Lidge). Brocail's probably the best of the bunch, but he's 41 years old and has had multiple (?) arm surgeries.

Brocail was going to be my answer, though I didn't know about the arm surgeries.

I haven't said we have a better bullpen. We used to have an excellent 7,8,9 inning unit before the trades.

I'm just frustrated that so far, in the games I have seen (only 6), Villareal has come in during a close game and has been lit up.
