The play that broke the game for the Lions was when Romo fumbled on that last drive. Balls right there in front of one of the defenders and all he has to do is fall on it. Instead he tried to pick it up and run with it, booted it, and Dallas recovered. Around a minute and half was left in the game... no timeouts for Dallas.

I thought Mario only had 1, NFL.com only shows 1. But the defense definitely showed up and made up for a very depletive offense.

    The Lions suck.

Also...glad to see Walker get a shot with this team, he looked promising out there. He was a good receiver out of the backfield for ND and he showed very good hands today. He made a couple big 3rd plays for us.

Why should it be the first question? He had a sack, period. If it was Dwight Freeney in there, would you be asking if it was a "gimme"?

another "lucky" win for the Cowboys, but that drive by Romo was still impressive. Lions screwed up the fg and the fumble recovery.

They're busy jumping off cliffs because the Rockets lost.

That's odd, could have sworn he had two. Maybe he was in the mix for another and I'm not remembering right.

Officially: Cochran 1, Greenwood 1, Mario 1, Okoye 0.5 and Kalu 0.5. Not bad, 4 sacks vs TB. Pretty good performance by the DL.

Mario now has 9.5 sacks for the season. Sweet!!! :D

Great win for the Texans...An even better win for the Cowboys...oh wait...;)

It's good to see the Texans beat a quality team...I can't wait for the game this Thursday...We'll either be going to Blackfinn or Bennigan's Sport...As long as they broadcast the sound in our general area, I'll be good...

What I loved about the Mario sack today was the timing. The Bucs had penetrated the red zone and on a 3rd and makeable, 28-14 late in the 4th, Mario gets in sacks McCown for a 3 yd loss and on 4th and 5 we deny the Bucs. Mario's sack changed the complexion of that drive. :D

    Good win today Texans!

No because Dwight Freeney is 3 time Probowl end and Mario is still trying to prove himself suffering through often inconsistent performances.

Don't give me any BS. I was a Mario supporter from the beginning which is something that not many of you can say. It's pretty easy right now with Vince and Reggie sucking but 2 years ago when everyone's mom and dad was dogging the Texans, I was one of only 15% on this board that supported drafting Mario.

When Smokey does his VY, anti mario ****, I'm always there.

You guys are being really stupid. I did not assume anything. I did not say, "I bet it was a gimme" It was a freaking question.

Anyway, good job Texans. Would have been a little more meaningful if we would have picked up the win last week but it's good for the fans to get a big win like this.

the defense was every today. maybe had a lot ot do with not just going with the plain 4 man rush every down.

Word. I missed the play and was going to ask the same question. No one is talking down on mario, you guys need to shut the **** up. We just wanna know what the sack was like, picture it in our head. Like everyone else, we excited that mario got a sack. Aint nothing more, stop ****in b****ing.

I hope he tears it up in the Denver game. Its the only nationaly televised game we got, have to show the world.

Imagine if he goes to the pro bowl. That would really show them.
