Yes, a fumble... but the guy who recovered it for Houston may have been down by contact. THAT is what the ref just said Cleveland is challenging... not the actual strip.
I can't watch the game. Is he playing as good as the box score is showing? I realize it's the Browns, but those stats show that either he could stick around and contribute, or like someone else said, the offensive line is doing some good work, or both. Which is true? Also, what happened on the fumble return by Maddox?
Chris Taylor is actually looking good out there. He runs with both speed and power. The blocking for the running scheme is doing good also. So it's a little of both. On the fumble, Anthony Maddox stripped the ball from Frye as he was throwing, jumped on the ball, Mario Williams was laying on top of the guy that could have touched Maddox, Maddox got up and ran his damn hardest for the TD.
Awesome. Thanks for the answers. How's Mario looking? I CAN'T WAIT FOR NEXT YEAR. I'm proud to wear my Texans gear. I don't care what anyone says.
Mario is playing hurt. If you watch him, he gets double teamed, so it's hard for him to get in for a sack. Just wait until next year when he's fully healthy. He'll be something hard to contain.
It seems Carr doesn't respond well to adversity at all. His favorite TD is out with an injury and suddenly the only WR left on the field is AJ. Ugh.
