Unfortunately in the NFL it is harder to do a trade. We won't be able to trade Carr for Schaub or something like that.

not to beat a dead horse, and I didn't want to say anything negative about carr after the game, but 610 actually gave him their player of the game sunday. not that it matters, but dayne was clearly player of the game, or steve mckinney.

I heard them talking about that. They said it had more to do with who was available for an interview. Dayne or McKinney were clearly better choices.

Yea i know thats why i said that Dayne will be the key to victory and Carr will pass for about 120 yds but still win player of the game.

The Spurs sure are losers huh? We sure are a bunch of losers because we tanked to get Dream, huh?

The Texans really need to lose this Sunday. If they lose then they should be a lock to draft Peterson, as the Lions, Raiders, Bucs, Cardinals and possibly Redskins/Broncos all have solid RB's. If they lose and get lucky they could even wind up with the #3 pick and a "stud" O-Lineman (don't we whine about one daily?). Win and they could fall all the way to #9.

Come on Carr....I know you have one more crappy performance in you!!!!

You know....it gets SO ANNOYING hearing Justice, Lopez...etc rag on the Texans....when at the beginning of the season they were all predicting the Texans to get 6 or 7 wins......umm....guys....look at the team we're sending out there (Flanagan, Wiegert, Weary, Spencer, T Johnson are all on IR).....

I think the Texans are going to win. It will be closer than we want it to be, but they will get it done.

The idiots at SR610 I'll give you. But did anyone with any sense give him credit? (And no, I haven't been paying attention; I've had several wonderful days away from TVs and computers.)

Frankly I'm so tired of hearing tank this and tank that. There are virtually no guarantees even if we get the pick we want. I cheered for the tank job last year, but straight up losing SUCKS! For once, I want to see this franchise finish strong. I dont want to be playing for 2012 and be cheering for us to get 3 consecutive #1 draft picks and maybe be in the 2020 Super Bowl!

That being said, it would only be best send off for DC and the Texans to get a beautiful W to close a bittersweet chapter.

The Browns are one of a minute few teams out there that suck WAY harder than we do! So hey, duplicate last weeks performance and for once put the lay down, smack down on the Brownies and woof ... woof ... woof off into oblivion, I mean back to Cleveage-land they will go! We cover this game, we SO cover!

    Texans 34, Brownies 10.

Carr 200 yds, & 1 passing, 1 rushing TD, Dayne 200 yds rushing with 2 TDs and the Texans rush for 300 for the game. :D

I read the entire recap in the Chronicle on Xmas day. I saw nothing that gave David Carr complete credit for the win. They gave a lot more credit to Ron Dayne.

But don't let me get in the way of the hating...

Well, SR610 *did* give him "player of the game," regardless of their ridiculous excuses. And, I've read several "Carr played a flawless game" statements. So, as tired of the DC hating as I am, that comment really wasn't that far off.
