    That ball was up and 6 inches outside. Great swing, not a great pitch but not a bad one either.

    Don’t think we’ll see JV after this inning. Great outing, just made 3 bad pitches than unfortunately all resulted in solo HR’s.

    Just need to get him the win now. Tragic how he didn't record the win in some of his best outings. Please don't make this one of them.

    AJ and he will talk about that this half inning, and JV will decide that. The Astros had better get the lead in the top of the 8th just in case, so he can get the win. It would be a real downer to throw a career-high in Ks and end up with a no-decision.

    Tyler White just needs to go. I really wish we could swap in Reed for him during the TOR/CIN series just to see. Can't be worse and could give us a lefty platoon option.

    Wins are win, but God it pains me to see JV not get wins in his biggest starts.

    Damn it, he should have a win tonight and absolutely should have nailed one down in his last start. Should have 11 wins already. No wonder pitchers hitting 20 is so rare today.

    First 2 were on batting practice pitches.

    Sadly his recent decent stretch probably all but guarantees he won't be DFA'd. Honestly if he's just dead weight (no pun intended) they shouldn't hesitate to just let him go. Maybe try and swing a Hoyt-style trade just to see if SOMEONE bites.
