guess wed. is a tough night for everyone..or maybe you're all at the game ;) Really thought Bidge would come through in that situation..

Milwaukee announcers saying we shoulda walked Damian Miller to get to Capuano with 2 outs..forcing either a crappy at bat and probably no run, or them to pull Cap from the game (more likely).

But do you walk the bases loaded for a pinch hitter in a tie game? When you have the 8 hitter catcher up? I don't think I do that, even if it does take Cap out. We saw him lose control the next inning anyway, and we nearly got to him there..

Two opposite field bloop broken bat singles in one inning. Are you kidding me?

I've seen bad luck before, but wow. This sucks.

That decision was a toss-up. Pettitte had struck Miller out twice already. There was no guarantee what Yost would do. It looked like Prince Fielder had a bat. Personally, I'd rather go after Damien Miller than Prince Fielder.

Had they walked Miller and then Fielder came through with a big hit, the announcers probably would have wondered why Garner didn't have Pettitte go after Miller.

Well looks like 2 out of 3 is a very good possibility again. I'll still take that all year. The bullpen absolutely must improve though.

and the negative. Another K for Wilson

Series you ask? 1-14. 11 K's. this has to be some sort of record.

1 for 14 this series with 11 Ks

Absolutely amazing. I think Burke should get some PT in the Pirates series to give Wilson a chance to reset.

The Krukster put the whammy on Wilson the other night by calling him one of the best off-season pickups.

Ridiculous. I'm ALL for Burke playing more to let Wilson wipe his brain.

Well, that was a nice winning streak. Shame to waste such a good effort by Pettite, but it happens. Wilson is going to give you a lot of pop in the lineup, so you live with the K's. I still don't see that Burke's meager bat should take up an outfield spot. It's not like he's a wizard defensively.

I told everyone Wilson sucks, the balls don't break in Colorado, and he still struck out a lot. At least he's not afraid to fail :)

I don't think anyone is saying Burke should be replacing Wilson permanently, or at least I am not. I just think Wilson needs to sit a game or two to reset his mind and give him a chance to relax for a day or two. Don't know if that will work or not, but his 11 K's in the Brewers series is enough for me to want to give it a shot.
