Jurrijens has been getting that low outside strike all night. He's hit that spot plenty of time tonight. Was that one outside? It looked it to me, but still was a fairly close call(I hate the lack of a centerfield camera to see the plate better).

Nothing like catching another break from the Braves defense. They've made some good plays tonight, but made costly errors.

WOW...The Braves defense has been hideous, will cost them the East.

They made the great plays but kicked the routine plays.

During yesterday's game they said 15 errors in the past 10 games I believe.

Bad call there. Pence was safe.

Blown call yet probably the right call.

He held the tag while Pence's feet were both off the bag but that's not what the ump was calling.

Another bad defensive play by the Braves. Makes the Pence out hurt so much more.

Yeah, the Braves announcers were saying that it was because he came off the bag, but the ump clearly called him out on the initial tag.

    Faith in Lindstrom?

He blew the easiest of save situations the other day (3 run lead, bottom of the order) but his back appeared to be bothering him and today is a new day.

The Braves are a patient bunch but their AVG and SLG are below league average. Be aggressive, Matt.

That was a long way to go but Onhell has pretty poor range. He's surprisingly slow.

So much for that lack of power.

    Boom, outta here!

    Failure.

He just isn't a great closer. Too many hits and too many walks. For the most part he has managed to avoid being terrible because he doesn't give up many HRs, but your closer can't have a WHIP over 1.5. Even his strikeout numbers aren't great for a closer.

He's performing at about his career norm now in terms of WHIP and ERA. Maybe this is just who he is.

    Oh, and another HR.

Wagner time in a few minutes, assuming this thing doesn't get blown wide open.

More lucky than good. Our bullpen has been the worst I've seen with the Astros.

I would actually be pissed but considering the Braves literally gave you this game on a silver platter and Lindstrom threw it right back at them, I won't lose much sleep over this one.
