I can take rookie mistakes but what bugs the crap out of me is plays like Sanchez not moving Bourn to third in the first or even taking ball 4 and Bourn swinging on a 3-0 pitch when your job is TO GET ON BASE.

Yep, when you saw JR Towles struggle you knew the kid had NO idea what was going on but when you see Castro its pretty obivous the guy knows the issues at hand just needs time to figure stuff out.
