Yeah, umps suck... but it happens to every other team on every single night...with this offense, we could have a 3-0 count every time and still not hit.

It likely wouldn't have mattered, but those are some of the worst strikes called on Altuve and Correa this inning.
Hide your kids, hide your wife! It's about to get ugly(ier)! Spoiler

The Astros lost to Toronto, 4-1. Our offense is **** but the ump totally ****ed that inning over. Who holds them accountable? Isn't it a little suspicious to consistently blow calls in critical moments two nights in a row?
You mean the game where our pitchers held Toronto to 1 run in 14 innings and we won because Devenski was fire? Yeah, Harris gave up the game tying HR in the top of the 9th, but again, the pitchers gave this team plenty of chances to win each game. If you told me before this series that our pitching staff would hold Toronto's potent offense to 7 runs over 4 games is take that all day. Too bad our offense could only muster 5 runs over the same set of games.
Our offense is crap but I think Toronto is the only team in the AL whose pitchers have a better ERA than us. Our teams are kind of built the same way but they're just a better version of us.
Yes, they have the best team ERA in the AL, which is slightly better than ours. But, I'm of the opinion that with a half decent 5-9, we split the series and likely win 3/4. Each game was within grasp.
They really need a shock to get them going again. Maybe a Rachel Phelps cardboard standup can be the catalyst.
