How could Reed and Bregman have such bad starts to their respective pro careers. Remember that standing ovation Bregman received in his first game with the Astros? Patience is a virtue... Especially in this game... But damn.
After tonight all the AAA guys should go back where they came from they have done jack squat. That was our chance to win it blew it jays will win it
I was rooting for Bregman to workout but it seems he's just not ready for the big leagues. At first I thought it was just the nerves then thought maybe it was a slump but it's clear he's just not ready. Maybe next year..
Damn man. I don't even know what to say. Dude was absolutely slaying AAA. The majors are a completely different animal, I guess.
Yeah Bregman just isn't ready right now and doesn't look comfortable. A month ago he's looking to take those pitches opposite field, now he's just flailing around. They wanted to see how he'd handle adversity.
I don't see why tonight he was even given a spot in the lineup. Kid just doesn't have it, it's clear as day, has been for several games now.
I hope this major league experience doesn't kill Bregman's confidence when he goes back to AAA. This is hard to watch.

I have to wake up early for work and this is actually the only reason I'm staying up to watch the game lol
