Keuchel probably shouldn't have come out after the 6th. Back to back not quality starts for him. He is human.
Agreed... I actually don't like personal catchers... I detested whenever Raul Chavez was "assigned" to Oswalt. Roy's pitching suffered... got things turned around with Ausmus again.
I just realized who I've been missing: Tony Sipp has pitched all of 3 innings in 3 appearances in the past 15 days.

Springer's OPS just keeps on climbing, up to .726 now. His walk rate is up, and his K rate is down. His BA is terrible at .193, but when you look at his low .224 BABIP, and his high 25% LD rate and plus speed, that seems like a number that is destined to elevate into a more acceptable number.
Yep, the fact that we are winning and Springer has so much room to improve, not to mention Carter and Gattis.....this team could have another 10 game winning streak coming soon and it wouldn't surprise me one bit!

Had no idea Justin Smoak was on the Jays, 3rd org in his 6 year career. Funny to think back to when everyone lost their **** when the Stros took Castro over him.
