i camped out at walmart for the ps3 and had a great time with a bunch of strangers. i'm sure it's even better with a bunch of friends. i've never camped out for black friday and i probably won't this year either but there's nothing wrong with it.
Im sooooooooooooooooooooo ready for a big ass HDTV. Got a baby on the way so I cant really justify the cost. But the 37" for $300 might be too good to pass up. We could put that in our room.
man thats a sweet price for the GPS. My friends got the exact same one and it worked really well for me in Florida.
I did score a 32" Olevia from Frys for $400 a few months ago, so in my mind the $300 for a doorbuster price is a possibility.
You can count me in as one of those people if there is a $10 HDDVD or BR player. I will gladly mow you down with my car if I have to.
pretty good. it aint as good as a Samsung but then what is? EDIT: I do have to mention the annoying random scrolling purple lines that seems to plague most Olevias for some odd reason, but that was an issue that I knew about beforehand from AVS forums so it isn't unexpected.
What do you guys think about this Sharp 46 inch/1080P at Circuit City? It's going to be $1,299 on Black Friday. I've heard people say that 1080P is useless for anything under 50 inches. Is that really true? LINK
no. 1080p is not useless under 50, its harder to tell the difference. however, 1080p is still > 720p and you'll sleep comfortably at night knowing you have the highest possible resolution. be sure to feed it some 1080p sources, like a game console or high def disc.
Hmm, so is this one of the items that you have to camp out for? I know things like laptops and game systems go fats, but I have no clue about TV's.

Apparently you buy 1 video game at KB Toys and you get a 2nd free. I don't know if they still have em in Houston but thats a great deal! You can only use it on a maximum 4 games.
