Where are all those bandwagoners who said "Texans aren't my team anymore" or "Texans are dead to me" after the Colts' loss? Who needs them? I bet they're not coming into this thread to predict anything.
i think it's awesome you care enough to post an angry face for those who don't care. Texans will win this game. Texans SHOULD win this game.
45-17. Owen Daniels with another big game. Andre Johnson of course with 2 td's. And our defense will get us points, Finally!! As for Cincinnati, I don't see Benson having a big game. Fitzpatrick will make mistakes and Dunta will get his first interception. You can call me Miss Cleo if that were to come true.
Yeah, because barely slipping by Miami and Detroit at home proves them all wrong! We're back, baby!!!! I'm happy we've won 2 in a row (and most likely 3 after this week) but let's not get carried away with the "I told you so's" just yet.
With a win the Texans will have their first ever three-game winning streak in one season. I'm hoping for a blowout but I have a feeling the Bengals will keep it close. Texans 24 Bengals 22 Btw, Gus Johnson and Steve Tasker will call the game for CBS.
Well, maybe not "barely slip by", but I think "held on" is appropriate. It was an almost-blowout until we let them back in. The offense cratered in the second half; they were within a touchdown with several minutes to go. I predicted losses the past two Sundays, so in the spirit of consecutiveness and streaks and all, I predict 20-17 Kitties.
All I know is that tailgating in Club Yellow Lot is gonna be sick. 11am on the fence off Murworth in the Yellow Lot Beer Pong, Beer Bongs plenty of food everyone welcome
don't forget losing to JAX in OT and coughing up a 17-point 4Q lead to indianapolis. they're literally two plays (or a coin flip and one play) away from being 4-2; they're NOT 4-2 - i'm not arguing they should be. but the turnaround hasn't occured just over the past two weeks. they've strung together 4 consecutive "good enough to win" performances. i've thought all along 4-4 at the break was possible; still do. and their second half schedule is not, on paper, overwhelming. unfortunately, the colt loss is going to ultimately sink the season (barring a 6- or 7-game win streak here).
My blood just hit 213°F in like one second. Thanks for bringing *that* up again. twice in one post?? Man, why don't you just go ahead and post 35-38 a few dozen times while you're at it?
also, RM95 is right: they didn't barely slip by detroit. they dominated detroit before lifting their foot off the gas. it's a young team still learning to win, so i don't mind that entirely. but if schaub doesn't fumble and/or olwhateverhisnameis doesn't shock all of creation by slinging a 45-yard pass out of his end zone seven days after he proved he had no idea what an end zone was, that game is most assuredly a blowout. by next year, they WILL be blowing those games out. pam anderson wasn't built in a day - baby steps, people.......
Also means that us Austin Texans fans probably get screwed by KEYE since FOX has the double header this week. According to their schedule, they'll be showing a noon game.
