    Because his fastball sucks and if he tries to sneak that by people or hangs 2 he gets banged. Short duration would be better for that imo.

    I couldn’t watch, and maybe it was uglier then the box score indicates, but Lance had a quality start with 12Ks and a WHIP of 1.0.

    I know it’s against the A’s but given the state of the Astros pitching and it’s only his 5th game back, you have to be pretty happy about where he’s at.

    Nothing ugly about it at all. A couple of pitches got whacked. Other than that, he dominated. We should all be thrilled about today.
