Anyway if that was meant for me, I have consistently acknowledged he has had limited appearances this season out of the bullpen, but in his limited appearances he has been excellent. You, on the other hand, have consistently said he has NOT BEEN GOOD out of the bullpen in his limited appearances. That is the ONLY thing I have been arguing. All things being equal and all pitchers being healthy Javier deserves a start in the playoffs as of today. That being said, he is the best option of all starters to relieve if the managerial staff (Click, Baker and coaches) decide to go that route.
It will be interesting to see if we adjust the rotation so TBR will not see our primary SPers prior to a potential playoff series. Right now they would in the second series.
