Yeah, he is like Scott Rolen. Just pencil him in as your 3rd basemen for 15 years in the 3-5 hole in the line up
I have to give credit to Tucker. He has looked lost or mentally slow for the majority of his big league career but right now he is one of the best players in baseball. After a terrible start he has his slg% almost over .600...
Carlos' rifle saved the game. Thought it could snowball into catastrophe had he not handled that relay catch and throw. Who is the old dude with the Mr. Tucker swing =)
Some guys take longer than expected to develop. I think it's pretty clear that he belongs. Hopefully Whitley can put it together like Kyle has
Game 2 will start at 6:05pm "He's carrying us right now," Dusty Baker said of Kyle Tucker Martin Maldonado is catching the second game of the doubleheader, as well, and will be off Sunday. Astros are off Monday. Aledmys Diaz is playing third base in game two and Michael Brantley is DHing. "As much as I want to be Dallas Keuchel, I'm much more of a stuff guy," Lance McCullers Jr. said McCullers said he can't pick and paint spots with precision like Keuchel does. He called Keuchel an artist "like Bob Ross" when he does that.
Yea.. but I doubt Oakland can afford Chapman so a few more years and hopefully off to another division.
Is Greinke possibly hurt? Or are they moving his start to tomorrow? Or maybe (but very unlikely) a trade? We'll find out soon enough. Hope he's okay.
Sneed could be the one being traded, as one Twitter comment suggested though I doubt teams would be interested in him, and he's a non-tender candidate after this offseason. But if someone offered a Top 50 prospect for Greinke I'd consider, though the team probably wouldn't entertain that idea. Sneed for Moreland would be good, shores up DH without Alvarez, BOS would probably take Sneed, and Mitch has a cheap option for next year.
