Yuli has become quite the defensive first baseman.

Yep, I'm glad they didn't listen to me a month or so ago. He just needed more reps.

They keep putting pictures on the big board. Springer as Woody from Toy Story. Bregman as Morpheus from the Matrix. Reddick as Rick Flair. Pretty funny stuff.

Wasn't he safe? Replay at the game looks like it.

It doesn't look like Bregman's lead foot touched plate as it popped up.

That's it for McHugh. Can't ask much more out of him.

Bullpen time. Martes? Nope, Liriano it is.

Liriano is going to get every chance possible to prove the brain trust was right- damn it.

If McHugh goes on a run; maybe the Astros will being in position to put Peacock into the pen. Combine that with Harris coming back and the emergence of Musgrove and maybe we can hide the slide of Devo.

So far, so good; let him learn to be a reliever.

Let's hope he is willing to be a reliever. Supposedly he wasn't all that happy about being dealt to go to the pen. He threw a little harder last inning than in the past; was as high as 97.
