The deeper the line up, and the better higher end talent in the line up - the more it helps guys like Walker and Chas and other guys that have some flaws as hitters, but can be deadly if they get the right pitches to hit.

With the additon of Correa (huge) and others I would hope and think that Walker takes some of the pressure off himself. Not having Yordan has hurt him (and everyone) When he was here in AZ he was beloved, a really good guy that wants to win and cares deeply about it, works his butt off.

I think it already has. Walkers having one of his better stretches since Correa has come back and I dont know if anybody else has noticed but they already have an after game handshake thats different than everybody elses.

Correas the studious type to be aware of his teams strengths and weaknesses, but also has an uncanny ability to vocalize and lead others without being "fake" on how to become better. Im sure he knows Walker is a cog for them to go far and hes already relayed whatever he was thinking to him.

Only positives so far with Correa, but we already kind of knew that. Minny got a taste and didnt want to let him go.

At Sundays game during Cam's 5th inning AB with two-outs and the bases-loaded, TK was reporting that Correa was at 3rd talking to Cam when he got to two strikes, encouraging him to hang in there, that he had the AB. Blum was saying that doesn't occur very often from vets to rookies in those situations especially when they hardly know each other.

What a fun series that was. Wish we could have got game 2 but I've been exchanging Altuve/Yankee memes with my buddies all weekend.

    Good times.

5-1 against the dodgers and yankees this year. LOL...
