Man WTF. This team is sinking faster than titanic. I don’t think there’s 1 person in America could have predicted this would happen to Astros this season.
Since the games are usually over in the first few innings, there's really no reason to watch. The scoreboard is all I really need right now. The rest of it just makes my blood boil.
We as fans keep saying how embarrassing this is for the team but I question from the looks of this team do they have enough pride left at this point to be embarrassed themselves by the crap they have put on display this season. The look meek as lambs with no fight left as the FO and Espada will continue to blow smoke up the media's butts.
It's over. Time to wave the white flag and become sellers. The Astros are putrid in every single aspect of the game. Starting pitching, bullpen, hitting with RISP, defense, managerial decisions, pitching/hitting coaches, front office, leadership, and so on. There is nothing they are doing well. I know people mention the slow starts that the Dodgers and Nationals had in their recent World Series years, but this Astros team feels significantly more problematic than those teams. It is extremely difficult for a team to bounce back from being crappy in that many ways, no matter how "good" they allegedly are on paper.
