He would drive me batsh!t crazy if I had to watch him catch every day. No idea, but there's a reason that most modern relievers rarely pitch more than 1 inning. And it's very rare for a pitcher to be honest about things. The default answer is always "I can go".
On that play, 2 outs, Kemp at 2nd, Chapman airmails a fastball to the backstop, Kemp goes, ball ricochets right back to Sanchez, Kemp out by 3 feet at 3rd.
