Long season but If anything this just reconfirms the Astros need a solid 3rd pitcher in the rotation

Win or loss, we've been in every game so far this season. We've been due for a blowout loss. Not worried, and this certainly doesn't "ruin Mother's Day." How ridiculous.

And with 2 games I as surprised he didn't go with Feliz for more than one out.

Yeah I didn't understand not going with Feliz for that inning after just pitching to 1 batter. Oh well, hoping for a win tonight. If they lose tonight it's not the end of the world. Didn't like the pitching match-ups for the last two games in this series so a split for the series would be respectable.

2 run lead with a usual shutdown bullpen. Had they been losing or tied, Feliz would probably have stayed in. Not too often both Harris and Devenski fail.

You make good point grasshopper. Close out game 1 in regular fashion and let the chips fall where they may in game 2.

I would have taken a split heading into the series on the road. But after winning the first 2 I really want this one.

ESPN just worships the feet of Jeter and his -10 career dWAR. But hey, at least he made that one play against Oakland.

Unfortunately it's really hard to tell the idiots on this board apart from each other these days, so apologies for my broken sarcasm detector, breh.

Well, here's hoping that the Astros aren't scheduled to be the opponents for David Ortiz's number retirement game

typical new yorkers had to evoke the rain dance to steal a victory in this series. so lame.
