Always thought Jimmy Fallon show was recorded in LA. Isn't one of the most WTF scenes in Band of Brothers when you see Jimmy Fallon driving a jeep. yo.

In the clip, he kept saying "substaining" instead of "sustaining"

Waited in a 3 hour line at the Washington DC Autorama in 2005 to get Alex Ovechkin's autograph and shake his hand. I had a feeling that would be the only time he'd be that accessible. I also had a feeling he was going to be a good one, but didn't know he'd be THIS great. Feels good knowing I already have an autograph of and met in person the probable greatest scorer in professional hockey history.

Dude lost me at "The Astros are LeBron James".

The Lakers ain't gonna win a playoff series for the 4th time in his 5 seasons and he only has a mythical championship to show for his time there.

Don't disrespect the Astros name like that. In fact he's the anti-Astros.

I assume similar because they are small compared to their peers? Muggsy is truly a freak of nature making the NBA at his size but he was probably league average. It doesn’t diminish how amazing it is he actually made the NBA but Altuve is like if Muggsy was as good as Dwayne Wade.

I have been thinking about where Altuve ranks on unusually small elite athlete all time list. My first requirement is being small isn’t the thing is small and everyone else is huge. A jockey doesn’t count. Messi is who I thought beat him immediately but I’m not sure how big regular elite soccer players are. If Kyler Murray won a super bowl that would seem on the same level.

Drew Brees is another good option. Listed 6', but probably smaller in a world where most good QBs are 6'3" or more, yet one of the best of all time (Murray is shorter but has a LONG way to go to match Brees). Of course, Iverson in basketball.

But, I'd still put Altuve above them as an anomaly, especially because he hits for power. Moving from a singles/doubles machine to 20+ HR is the biggest shock at his size.

Speaking of Astros Championship stuff. Do you think that the Pena or Alvarez World Series Jersey will come back in stock? Or is it a limited quantity thing? Otherwise, looking to get the Bregman.

The hats the Stros wore during the parade is my favorite! Ordered one for myself! The hoodie with the same championship trophy is another one of my faves, have to admit ordered that too.
