    They have a lot of talent period. The problem is that the White Sox player development coaches are really bad. They are extremely dated - I suspect some of them have AOL and miss newspapers.

    One of those "if you're not part of the solution, you're part of the problem" scenarios.

    The FO doesn't recognize or can't fix the bad development coaches, therefore the FO is also part of the problem.

    Gotcha. That was a fun movie (Sam Jackson and the Rock jumping off the building was an epic opening scene), but I didn't remember the peacock reference.
