anyone have suggestions for watching the Stros in the Dallas area? I've had MLB.tv for a while and have lived outside of TX for years. But I'll be here for a while, and apparently the Stros are blacked out in Dallas. Annoying.

Have to imagine some of you guys have figured it out..?

I'm in Dallas too. I use Zenmate the VPN client along with mlb.tv--you can download for free. I'm not techy savvy enough to explain how it works but it gives the appearance of being somewhere outside Texas so you can bypass the restrictions.

 

This ump is absolute garbage. The first two pitches on Melky were strikes and I have no idea how that last pitch on Lawrie was a strike.

 

There's always the Rangers. Are you on cable?

I'm on Directv and didn't know if Root would be blacked out or not but probably so.

 

Are they blacked out on Root tv? I'm about 2 hours from Dallas but where I live it's the Dallaa zone I can watch Astros and rocket games on root sports through direct tv

 

It would be nice if Marisnick gave this team anything at all on offense... Like anything.
