Based on that performance, I cannot imagine him making the CS roster (assuming we make it). I agree, he won't be back unless they plan to use him out of the pen....

It's frustrating, but remember what a horrible start he had in the 2017 playoffs. And again in Game 1 of the WS (4 strikeouts).
Every single base runner Greinke had in nearly 4 innings ended up scoring. Overall 12 base runners for the Rays and 10 of them scored.
Seems like whenever we've scored 10 or more runs in a game this year, we've lost the next one. Let's hope TB follows suit.
3 out of the Astros 4 wins in 2017 were 4 runs or less and in two games it was just 2 runs. Yankees were swept in a 2 game series vs. these Rays the last week of the season (helping us get the #1 seed) and scored a grand total of 1 run in that series. Yankees are susceptible to excellent pitching...like any team.
