Not sure.... never lived in a city that had rainouts. Neither did most of these Twins fans prior to a few years ago... should page Bobrek, as he not only lives up there, but I think he was at the game last night that rained out.
I don't get swayed by Signs in a stadium but that DQ logo is making me crave a hungerbuster and a peanut butter cookie dough blizzard. D for dairy, Q for queen.
I got rained out once trying to go to Astros @ Phillies. They offered a free ticket to your choice of the makeup game or any other game. I couldn't make the makeup, so I had to pick another one...and the Astros weren't coming back again. So I had to watch the Tigers, if I remember right I'm not sure how it would work in the event of a doubleheader as the rescheduled date, since there probably wouldn't be enough tickets available (esp. if you wanted similar seats). I'd imagine it might be a first-come first-served thing for whatever was available, and then other games as backups?
I think I figured out what happened. Gomez must have angered the baseball gods with his foolishness. (He disrespected the sacred game). When the Stros finally realized their sinful mistake of giving him PT, they banished him to the dark pits of minor league baseball. And thus the Gods forgiveth us..
Was just using Sipp as an example. Didn't know they would pitch a pitcher twice essentially a few hours apart.
