Or, perhaps, if the lefty option was Stephen Randolph or Mark McLemore.

The worst part about woody williams is that he killed us when he pitched against the Astros, and now he kills us when he pitches for the Astros.

The Astros should have won this game. Lance looks like he is slowly getting his mojo back. On his two hits tonite, his swing looked fluid again.

    Go get em tomorrow Roy!

He didn't really "kill" us tonight if he is taken out when he should be. He gives us 6 innings, gives up 4 runs, but keeps us in the lead.

Facing 2-3-4 in the 7th, and having a non-overworked bullpen, his night should have been DONE.

Yeah, I understand your argument for tonite's game, but consider his body of work while he has been here. The two worst things about Woody, is that we have him for 6 million next year and no draft pick (2nd rounder) for this year.

You mean the high draft pick that really should be a 3rd-4th rounder since the Astros don't draft players who desire big bonuses?

Hell, not having an early round pick is music to Drayton's pockets.

As for the $6 million, I'm telling you to watch out for that knuckle-ball. It will be deadly, and reinvent his career! :D

Woody should have been taken out as soon as he crossed over 100 pitches back when he had the lead. I can't believe Garner left him in after that and let him hit for himself.

F*ck you very much, Astros, for that debacle of a game you should have won but found a way to lose.

Matt Holiday was hitting .351? Wow...

At least we aren't as bad as the Rangers.

Gotta start stringing together some series victories. For some reason, this team never seems to go on major tears, so taking two out of three while mixing in the occasional sweep is how we're going to have to approach this thing. The two out of three should've started at the last homestand, but I digress.

Come on, Roy, we need you to get this one before the team heads off to face the Chi-Sox over the weekend (another struggling team).

The ball just SOUNDS different off his bat... what a player.

BTW... are the red uniforms now their "official" road jersey? I haven't seen them wear the grey ones in a loooooong time.

Man, I'm so glad we got rid of THAT guy. What a waste. No potential what-so-ever.
