Either he has his doubts based on last years sample… or he has no money. Regardless, perhaps Crane will instill a sense of urgency. There’s at least 4 guys on the active roster that could be replaced/upgraded and it wouldn’t break the bank. and apparently we have a manager that feels the compulsion to play said players if they’re accessible.
We should have a new rule. Everytime you complain about who Dusty chooses from the pen have to say who else you wanted. Javier isn't available. The only other guys with a sub 4 era in the pen are Pressly, Stanek, and Nivaldo Rodriguez...
