Atta boy Kenny, way to f**k it up. Great recovery by Musgrove, more good work from Peacock , and the offense kept on scoring. Yet another nice series victory
Are you blaming the Tampa runner for getting hit in the back of the head while diving back to first? What exactly do you want him to do?
There can be runner interference. But, on that play, he was clearly in the base line attempting to get to a base. No way does a runner deserve to be penalized on that play.
Huge win to take a huge series on the road. And we've got Keuchel and Lance going at Cleveland, should be a good series.
Yet another daily double for the Astros and Rockets. The world just feels like a better place to live in right now.
The experience that McCann has brought to this team can't be emphasized enough, Feel so much more comfortable with him at the plate than Castro in clutch situations and brings that level head this young team need. Great to get the series and the bullpen has been amazing so far this year.
And of course the rangers just swept a 4 game series against KC. Makes taking this series even more satisfying
odds of hitting into a double play are much greater with a man on first than a man on second and no one on first. It's not even close. And we love the double play ball. All i'm sayin'
Well, double plays are one of the negative aspects of being contact-heavy. I'll learn to deal with it.
A man that's impossible to impress Also I'm loving the posters that hated the McCann trade. Said he was too much of a hard a**. Of course some of those same posters loved Gomez. So there is that.
Many people assume a sacrifice bunt is a given, it's not. Also, the next sacrifice bunt Correa lays down, will be the first of his career. You are expecting a player to execute something, that is not a given, that he has never done at the major league level. You are also asking a hitter to bunt who hit a home run and a screaming liner earlier in the game. EDIT Should Altuve have bunted in the ninth?
I'm not impossible to impress. I'd just like Harden to be better in the playoffs. I don't understand how anyone would consider Harden's playoff history in Houston to be impressive. (if thats where your hard to impress line is coming from)
