I like dubon. He's been extremely valuable this season. That being said he shouldn't be an everyday player.
I agree. Dubon is a perfectly good and valuable player and this matchup would be a perfect time to get him in the lineup so Altuve could DH or Pena gotta day off if Dusty had managed the starting 9 better. However Dubon simply does not have the range or instincts to start in CF or the bat to start in a corner OF spot. Putting him there will ALWAYS put this team behind the 8 ball before a pitch is even made. And, yes, I agree that Dusty has poisoned us against him because he plays him like he's an all-star and leaves actual all-star level players on the benchvto start him. Not his fault.
There are not that many things in the future that are an absolute certainty, but the fact that there is only 24 games left and the season ends on Oct. 1st are 2 of them. Here is another, every game played bring us closer to that end. Time IS running out. Our boys better get their mojo back for home games and catch fire REAL soon.
