    Drives me crazy when I see a player give up on a run down and just stop and allow themselves to be tagged like Springer just did.

    Play hard, keep the run down going as long as possible and try to force an error.

    When did it become acceptable for major league baseball players to play like pansies?

    I miss the days of Pete Rose, Lenny Dykstra, etc...

    Why does he even bother throwing? The only 2 possible outcomes are safe and ball thrown into center. You'd think the stat geeks in the front office would tell him not to even try.
