As always, no PBP in the thread. If you need that try one of the game cast sites. Keep discussion to this series. If it is not about this series it goes somewhere else.

6-15 Jordan Lyles, RHP vs. Yu Darvish, RHP 7:05 on FSH

6-16 Lucas Harrell, RHP vs. Justin Grimm, RHP 6:15 on FOX

6-17 Bud Norris, RHP vs. Colby Lewis, RHP 2:05 on FSH

    Rangers record by month:

    APRIL: 17-6

    MAY: 14-14

    JUNE: 6-7

They've gone 20-21 since they got off to their great start in April. Their pitching isn't performing as well, and now they're falling into injuries.

I may be just a hater...but I think the Angels win this division.

we usually stuggle against guys we have never seen before so we will lose the 2nd game. i think we lose 2 of 3 against the rangers. if we sweep i am going to troll the hell out of the bandwagon rangers fans.

Feeling bad for Lyles tonight. He seems to always draw great run producing teams. I predict he'll pitch great til the 4th.

    Score: Astros (4) @ Rangers (7)

If we are patient we will put some runs on Yu. If we get over-aggressive it will be a long night offensively.

I think so, too. Yu usually does well against teams he first pitches against though. The second time around, he struggles. We will see if the Astros did some homework. Plus, it's a hitters park. Hoping for some bombs, as I'll be at the game tonight.

Maybe Josh Hamilton will throw a bat again this series (I've read he has had anywhere from 17-21 thrown bats this season).

As what's-his-face, JD, pointed out, just getting eaten by these pop up bloopers...and that marks the end of Lyles night.

I can't believe you are using my initials for your username. It confuses me.

    Ding Ding Ding

Lyles can only once or twice through the lineup, for whatever reason.

Sounds like a long reliever, not a starter description.
