he was coming off a down year. Perhaps he doesn't do this if not for the seasoning in the minors

Perhaps. He was doing well in the minors all year while Gomer was stinking it up costing the team games. Oh well, glad he's here now.

Man, Teo is a breath of fresh air. His home run swings are beautiful.

Poor situational hitting again. Springer needs to get that run home.

Maybe him playing well in the minors earlier is why he is playing well in the majors right now?

I'm pretty sure I'd have preferred the double play with Fister to the strikeout. No complaints about scoring a run.

And now we have 0 runs on a Springer DP. I swear it seems he always does that with runners on the corners.

Ugly way to end the inning...that extra run would have been really helpful.

They'll be lucky to get 3 more baserunners.

My point was Gomez was so bad all year that it wouldn't have hurt to give the kid an earlier look.

I'm enjoying Teo's batting. Still don't like his routes, effort, or throws in the OF. I'm hoping he doesn't cost as many runs as it might seem. Long term, I don't know if he's a starting CF unless those things improve some.

Ashby preferred the strikeout over the run. He also thought Marisnick bunted. Can we please fire that bum?

    Springer has 8 PAs with runners on 1st and 3rd with less than 2 outs. He has 1BB, 1K, 1H, 4GIDP, & 0SF.

I hope Paul Simon can still sing, because his brain seems fried.
