Paulino could replace Moehler pretty soon.

I would take the lead off hitter. It's frustrating watching this team struggle to put men on base.

Great ab by Bourne. Worked the count full and then hit a 2-out double. He's having the kind of day we all hoped for from him...

    1-2 (double), 2 BB, 1 r, 1 SB through 6

EDIT: Make that 2 r. Berkman homered in Bourn and Tejada for a 6-3 lead

right before lance's HR, i started mocking him and doubting that he would do anything, saying 'you suck lance, you're gonna strike out, yaddi yadda' just to see if i'd jinx him into a homer or a double or something.

    AWESOME!

I don't quite understand Cooper's substitution strategery. Why take Lee out in the 6th inning in a 3 run game? I understand he's not good defensively, but this game is no where near over.

Bourne looks much better this year. He has been really patient at the plate and drawing a lot of walks.

He had some very good number in AA and in the AFL but he is 25 years old. I don't know what his defense is like but he sounds kind of like Ben Zobrist who is a solid player for the Tampa Bay Rays.

I don't know if there were any expectations for him, but he seems to have had a bit of a breakout year last year at AA, with 20 HRs, 20 Steals and a 0.900+ OPS playing 2nd base.

    Sutton < Jeff Keppinger

He is a dime-a-dozen utility guy. Average across the board. His stats for last year are inflated from being old for AA and repeating a season at the same level.

Still a good trade. I would have liked to hold on to Sutton but Keppinger is a proven professional hitter.

Trade Valverde and put Hawkins or Sampson as closer!
