Just checked the weather for Pittsburgh (as it seems there's always a rainout there)... Today and tommorow should look good, but there's a 70% chance of rain for Thursday's day game. Granted, this will probably change by the time Thursday comes around, but the last thing this team needs is to either have games cancelled, or have games postponed and made-up on the Monday after the season.

didn't want to start a seperate thread for this question, but can somebody answer this: my buddy made a large preseason wager on our season win total being over 83.5 (which means that he needs us to finish the season on a 13 game win streak to win his bet how crazy would that be). anyway, the question is, if we were to go to a 1-game playoff, does that count in the regular season standings (therefore enabling him to lose 1 of the remaining games)?
