i honestly think that, over the next half of next season, we are gonna try and play Lidge a lot [and hope that he responds] to up his trade value. qualls and wheeler clearly have more of Garner's trust than Lidge, but we can't trade Lidge for peanuts right now when he's at his lowest. just me thinking out loud...

Its probably still there... but Hector G was touted as "cathcer of the future" back in 2002 or 03, when he had a monster year at A ball. He's still in the mix, but his stock has definitely cooled off.
